Order cancellation

Order cancellation should happen at least 48 hours before the event. Once the seating/slots have been allotted for the event, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for your payment if:

• You accidentally make a booking with us and wish to cancel. 
• You booked the wrong event.
