“The art of communication is the language of leadership.” – James Humes

FLY (Forge the Leader in You) is a program specially designed to promote leadership traits in children. The focus is on self-motivation, effective communication, finding creative solutions to problems, developing a strong sense of reasoning, planning and strategy development, and the ability to forge new relationships.  At the middle school level (9-12 years), the emphasis is on building language skills to develop one’s communication ability, which lead to children exhibiting more confidence and resourcefulness. We host a range of activities that help develop public speaking and presentation skills. Our activities include JAM sessions, debates, role-plays, vocabulary building exercises, creative writing sessions and much more. At the senior school level (14-17 years) we conduct workshops in schools to focus on all key aspects of leadership.
